872XLS Automatic Bag Closing Machine
The 872XLS Automatic Bag Closing Machine is Kwik Lok's standard automatic machine and will close bags at speeds up to 110 packages per minute. The 872XLS uses the regular all-plastic Kwik Lok bag closures.
The machine features a variable speed control and a manual cycle button. The machine can be fitted with a number of different printers allowing the machine to print on the closures as the bags are being closed.
872XLS LM Automatic Bag Closing Machine
The 872XLS LM Automatic Bag Closing Machine will run custom printed closure-labels in addition to the regular all-plastic Kwik Lok bag closures. Labels can be printed to your design print-specifications in any number of colors, both sides. The 872XLS LM will close bags at rates up to 105 packages per minute. The 872XLS LM features an operating panel for speed control (0 to 105 bags/min), a shift counter, lifetime counter, and a manual cycle button.
872XLS PB Automatic Bag Closing Machine (for paper bags)
The 872XLS PB was designed to close light weight paper bakery bags. The 872XLS PB uses the regular all-plastic Kwik Lok bag closures at speeds up to 110 bags per minute. The machine features a variable speed control and a manual cycle button. The machine can be fitted with a number of different printers allowing the machine to print on the closures as the bags are being closed.
893 Ultra Automatic Bag Closing Machine
The 893 Ultra Automatic Bag Closing Machine is Kwik Lok's newest addition to our line of automatic machines. The 893 is a variable speed machine offering high-speed bag closing. It is computer controlled from a touch screen panel that is located on a swivel arm for easy access. The 893's electronic/touch screen has many attributes, some of which are: programmable shift and closure countdown counters, multiple language options, bag jam detection, over-pack adjustment and, as an option, Ethernet capable.
The 893 uses the all-plastic Kwik Lok bag closure and our colorful, custom printed closure-labels, making the 893 the most versatile bag closing machine in our line of bag closers.
865 Automatic Bag Closing Machine
The 865 closes vertical packages at speeds up to 80 bags per minute. The machine uses the all-plastic closure and closure-labels. The 865 will close any package width without adjustment -package width limitations are dependent on lok opening size, not the gearing of the machine. The machine will adapt to most automatic baggers on the market.
The 865 incorporates all of Kwik Lok's latest design and quality features, assuring you a long lasting machine with minimal maintenance cost.
088A Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine
The 088A Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine closes bagged packages with the regular all-plastic bag closures and can also use Kwik Lok’s colorful closure-labels. A Bag Trimmer is an option; the trimmer cuts the bag neck at approximately 1.75” (3.2 cm) above the closure.
The 088A can be used in conjunction with Kwik Lok’s 884 Thermal Printer. The 884 allows the packager to print bar codes and other variable package information on a label. After printing on the 884 Printer the closure-labels must
be rewound before
Rewind units are available.
086 Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine
Kwik Lok's 086 Semiautomatic Bag Closing System is a versatile machine that offers a wide variety of options. The machine will close bags with the all-plastic closure and closure-labels. The 086 is also available with a printer that will print code information on the closure and/or closure-label. Featured is a power breakoff and closure advance mechanism. The simple design of the 086 is portable, jam-proof and compact, and can close bagged packages up to 30 bags per minute.
1002F Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine
Kwik Lok's 1002F features a unique design that eliminates the use of motors, gears and other maintenance-demanding components. The 1002F uses the all-plastic bag closure. Removing the closed package advances the next closure into the closing position. Speeds of up to 30 bags per minute are easily attained.
Features a printer that uses grooved, press-on rubber type that permits customizing of printed copy. When using a printer, the machine requires the use of Kwik Lok closures that have a small paper label affixed to the closure-the paper label assures clean, clear printing.
Kwik Lok's 1003 Semiautomatic Bag Closing Machine is an
exceptional machine at an amazing price. With three models
available, the 1003 is versatile and easy to adapt to your packaging
needs. Models P and BP allow you to print date coding or custom
text on Kwik Lok's all plastic closures. Closing up to 30 bags per
minute, the 1003 can be portable or permanently mounted. A kit
is also available for mounting the machines on an Oliver Slicer.
Hand Applied Bag Closures and Closure-Labels
Kwik Lok manufactures a number of closures that are specifically designed
for hand-applied applications. Closures are available in various sizes and
thicknesses to accommodate a wide
range of package sizes. Different plastic colors can also be supplied
(depending on plastic thickness) that allow for color coding or to
complement bag graphics. The colorful labels can be custom printed
with your specific graphics and or text. These labels are widely used to put
UPC bar coding on bagged apple packages.
Using a Kwik Lok Bag Closure gives your customer's a package that is easy to
open and easy to reclose. Kwik Lok, the added touch that brings quality to
Kwik Lok's 898 Printer-Separator prints closures with traceability information and then separates the printed closures from its roll and delivers the closures into a container that can be placed on a hand packaging line. The printer is the same foil/steel type system used on our 865 automatic bag closing system.
JSRC Carton Dispenser
We offer loose closures packaged in a carton
with a pull out opening that allows the individual closures to be conveniently accessed and used in hand applied applications. The carton holds 4,000 Series
JSRC bag closures. The closure are offered in seven plastic colors: White, Red, Blue,
Green, Yellow, Orange and Tan.
